All orders are subject to our acceptance. We may, in our sole discretion, accept or reject any order, or limit quantities on any order, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to availability, suspected fraud, or potential misuse of products.

Your order is not accepted, and no contract for sale is formed, until we (i) send you an order confirmation email, and/or (ii) dispatch the products. We are not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in your order; you are responsible for reviewing and confirming all information before submitting your order.

Pricing. All prices displayed on the Site are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing information is accurate; however, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders or to contact you for instructions before processing the order.

Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, shipping, or handling charges, all of which will be added to your order total and displayed at checkout, where applicable. You are responsible for all such amounts.

Payment Processing. We use third-party payment processors to handle payment transactions. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that the payment information you provide is accurate and complete. You authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge the full amount of your order (including taxes, shipping, and other applicable charges) to your selected payment method.

We are not responsible for any fees, charges, or other amounts that may be imposed by your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider in connection with your transaction.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship products to the destinations listed as available on the Site. Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout. Any shipping or delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. Once products are delivered to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or misdelivery caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including customs delays, weather, or other events.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the products may be lawfully imported and used in your jurisdiction and for complying with all customs, import, and other regulatory requirements. Any additional charges imposed by customs or other governmental authorities are your responsibility.

6. Returns & Refunds

You are solely responsible for determining the suitability of our products for your intended research use and for conducting any necessary testing or validation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Rival Peptides, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:
